Scuba: Vacation Bible School 2024

VBS is back! For ages 4 - 11, your child will dive into the deep to build their friendship with Jesus. 

Camp runs July 15-19 & 22-26. Registration is on April 9th & 10th in the vesitbule.  Forms will not be accepted in the office.

***For anyone looking to help run our camp: Download Volunteer Forms here. You will also need to complete a clearance form found here.  Volunteers are expected to be available on July 8-12 from 9am - 3:30pm for set up, and for both camp weeks from 8:30am - 4:00pm.

Volunteer Positions Available:

• Crew Leaders - leading small groups of 5-8 campers to each activity stations, attendance, assist with outdoor activities.
• Station Leaders - organize and facilitate group activies. 
• Snack Leaders - prepare morning snacks, maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure no cross contamination/ avoid food allergies.
• Outdoor Sports - Organizing and leading afternoon outdoor activies for all crews.
• Production - Audio/Visual support; photography for end of week slideshows; backstage support for Sing and Play leaders
• Sing & Play - planning and organizing opening and closing programs; leading crews with worship songs;  Must be comfortable leading in front of large groups with enthusiasm and expression.
• Please note: volunteers ages 12 and below will be assistant crew leaders to help the crew leader in any way.

Daily Camp Schedule:

8:30 - Doors Open

9:00 - Program Begins - Opening Sing and Play - Opening Program

9:35 - 12:25 Morning Programming and Snack ( Imagination Station: Bible Memory Verse through science, Bible Adventure - Digging deep into Bible Scriptures. Kids Crafts, Indoor Sports and Team Building. 

12:25: Saint of the Day

12:30: Lunch / Just Dance or Indoor Yoga/ Prep for Outdoor Activities

1:30 - 2:45: Outdoor Activies ( Organized Team Sports, Water Day)

2:45 - 3:00 Break/Cool Off/ Wash Up

3:00 - 3:30: Closing Sing and Play - Closing Program - Send Off
