Youth Ministry

Welcome to the Youth Minstry page of St. Christopher's Parish!

Our program consists of Children's Ministry ( Grade 1-3) Jr. EDGE ( Grade 4-6), EDGE (Grade 7-8) and Lifeteen (Grade 9-12).

Our NEW! Children's Ministry will be meeting in the parish hall monthly following the 10:00 am Mass. Parents are welcome to stay for coffee, tea and light refreshments!

The EDGE and Jr. EDGE meet together once Sunday per month in the parish hall from 2:00 - 4:00 pm!

We have 3 different types of nights:Catechetical - Dive into various parts of our faith

Social Justice - Talk about current issues in our societyFellowship - Night of fun and getting to know each other

With our Catechetical and Social Justice nights the layout of the night is usually as follows:

Pre - Gather - time to hang and meet others

Gather - Fun games to start the night

Proclaim - Main teaching/message for the night

Break - Divide into small group and break open the message of the night

Send - A wrap up to the night, a chance to reflect on the night's message and relate it to our lives.

Lifeteen meets monthly in the parish hall from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

We also organize fundraisers, street patrols ( providing for the homeless), attend summer camps, conferences and visit Catholic venues/ sites.
